Why it doesn't hallucinate
The technical difference is grounding: the assistant can only answer from the structured content you approve. It doesn't browse the web and doesn't improvise numbers. If the answer isn't in your content, it says it doesn't know and hands off to a person.
How we deliver it
We connect the assistant to your site's content, set the rules (tone, limits, when to hand off) and integrate it into the ArqWeb CMS so you can update it without code. We prove it on our own site first — the assistant you use here is the same product.
01Does the assistant invent answers or prices?
No. It answers only from the content you approve. If the information isn't in your content, it hands off to contact instead of improvising a number.
02Where does my visitors' data go?
The question text is processed by an AI provider (Groq, USA) only to generate the reply, and is not retained for training. We declare this sub-processor in our Privacy Policy and never ask for personal data in the assistant.
03How much does it cost to add an assistant?
It's an add-on to the ArqWeb CMS plan (€19/month), with implementation estimated at €27/h + VAT and scope agreed before development.
