After the diagnosis, we present a browsable direction for the homepage or main screen at a private link. It validates the message, hierarchy and visual language; it is not the complete website yet. If the direction is not right, you do not proceed or pay.
It is the starting point for a small-scope, essential business website using content and images supplied by the client. Features, content production, photography, languages and integrations are quoted to suit the project. We confirm the fixed price after the survey.
The first direction is usually ready within a few days. A typical business website takes 1 to 3 weeks once we have the content and approvals; platforms and e-commerce have their own timeline, fixed in the proposal.
We can revise the structure and copy, source stock imagery or coordinate photography. The base price assumes client-supplied content and images; any additional production is itemised in the proposal.
It should not when the migration is properly prepared. We inventory URLs and content, retain or redirect every relevant page, preserve metadata and validate indexing after launch. Rankings may still change, and we do not promise positions no provider can control.
You own the code and content, held in your repository. Cancelling the plan ends managed hosting, the CMS panel, monitoring and maintenance; you can move the code and content to other infrastructure without being locked into ArqWeb.
Yes. The €19/month base plan includes hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, monitoring and 2 maintenance hours per year. Work outside those limits is approved first and billed at €27/h + VAT.
