The site is informational and for sales lead capture. It is not an online store. Any commercial proposals are governed by a separate contract.

All site content (text, images, code, the ArqWeb brand) is owned by ArqWeb unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep information correct and current, but we don't guarantee accuracy or continuous availability. We're not liable for decisions made based on site content.

5. Alternative dispute resolution

For consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the competent Portuguese ADR bodies (https://www.consumidor.gov.pt).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For judicial resolution, the competent courts in Portugal have jurisdiction.
