Page count does not tell the whole story. Content production, languages, migration, payments, search, CRM and private areas can affect effort. Confirm who supplies copy and images, who approves them and how many revision rounds are included.
Separate implementation from maintenance
A proposal should itemise development, licences, domain, hosting and support. Sites using ArqWeb CMS require a plan, with prices and conditions published on the plans page. This does not automatically apply to WordPress repairs, campaigns or AI.
Compare what happens afterwards
Ask who owns the code, how content can be exported, what happens if something fails and how future changes are quoted. Confirm applicable taxes, total amount, schedule and payment terms before accepting.
