Why maintenance is mandatory
A professional website needs hosting, updates, monitoring, backups and small changes over time. We prefer to make that clear in the price.
Essential plan
The minimum plan for operating the site on ArqWeb CMS: managed hosting, SSL, backups, security, uptime and 2 hours per year of maintenance.
Hours beyond the plan
The plan's 2 annual hours cover routine maintenance. For additional work — new pages, campaigns, integrations — we bill extra hours separately, at 27 EUR/hour + VAT.
01Can I use ArqWeb CMS without a monthly fee?
No. The minimum plan is mandatory to cover infrastructure, security, backups and basic support.
02Do unused hours carry over?
Hours are designed for maintenance and evolution within the annual plan period. Final details are defined in the proposal.
03How much are extra hours?
Additional hours are billed at 27 EUR/hour + VAT.
