Essential plan
The minimum plan for operating the site on ArqWeb CMS: managed hosting, SSL, backups, security, uptime and 2 hours per year of maintenance.
Online shops
When the site is a shop with a catalogue, stock and orders, the monthly fee is higher because those flows are monitored closely. Sites with bookings or appointments keep the base monthly fee.

Do unused hours carry over?

It is quoted and approved by you before it starts, with VAT included in the amount.
